Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Any World Clock (“the App”), developed and distributed by Anybox Ltd., and made available through the Mac App Store.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Any World Clock is provided for personal and commercial use in accordance with Apple’s Mac App Store terms.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

License

Anybox Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Purchases and Refunds

Any World Clock is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store.

• All payments are processed by Apple.
• Any requests for refunds, billing issues, or purchase disputes must be directed to Apple, not Anybox Ltd.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies and approval process.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anybox Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when the updated Terms are made available with the App or on its Mac App Store listing.
